Day 12

Wood Chips, xc flats, 5 mi, first 4.5 below 6:45 pace

Definitely lost a bit of speed with the ultra running, but it felt good to be back floating along at a relatively fast pace. Achilles got rubbed a bit, felt some plantar fascitis tonight, but not too worried.
