So I've been light on the milage this week with finals, but I've got a clear weekend to train, so I'm going to go for 3 days at 20-40 each.
Friday: 22-25 miles in Palos Verdes
Saturday: 30-35 Course (trail or road) depends on how friday goes
Sunday: 25-35 Easy hopefully on trail
