1 in 4 Americans are Obese
according to the CDC, 25.6% of America have a BMI of 30 or more, which for a 5'10'' adult would be 210lb (I don't think I could ever weigh that much even if I tried), or a 5' adult would be 155lb... I hope we can still win in Beijing.
