Run 2 mi morning
28 mi 3:56 - 8:26 pace night run up to PV and back.
Overall, not the best run, but still a consistent run. I'm thinking my goal for RR 177 is to average at least 25 miles/5 hours for the first 75-125 miles. The key to that is getting these weekly runs on pace with time to spare, but also energy to spare. The test will be a 50 miler in March.. hopefully under 9:30 comfortably.
