4x50 abs
4x15 ankle raises
4x10 lunges



Having problems with mileage stressing joints. 3rd rest day this week. Need to get in a long run.

Next Race, 50k (31 mi) in 2 weeks, planning on 220 min run (25 mi) trail run tomorrow.
